@keeper27storm @USPSHelp Yeah, it came from Australia, cleared customs, and has been sitting in "inbound out of customs" for like 7 months. They won't let me open a case until the next status update. The guy from Australia contacted the shipping partner on their end and it wasn't helpful either lol.
