Thank you for reaching out! I apologize for the delay in our response. Here is how the USPS Informed Delivery service works. It's a helpful way to preview your mail, but it doesn't mean the items have arrived at your local post office yet. If you're waiting for something important, keep an eye on the tracking updates and be patient—it should get to you soon. Informed Delivery allows users to interact with their incoming mail and packages in one convenient, online location. The dashboard displays mail piece images for a seven-day period, while package information will display for 15 days after each package has been delivered. Users can opt-in to receive email or text notifications with status updates for incoming packages, too. Informed delivery does not indicate same or next day delivery. It is intended to inform our customers of recently processed incoming items. ^AG
