im doing a charity stream for @HopeForTheDay today! im supporting HFTD movement in empowering the conversation on proactive suicide prevention and mental health education! i took a bit of a hiatus to take better care of my mental health and physical health. i been using alot of HFTD resources to better understand myself and highly encourage anyone to take a couple minutes out of your day to look at these free resources to help your own mental health! super proud to be a #HFTDAmbassador 🫶 ⤿
