Who created the idea that we have to start the new year "strong?" We'd much rather start the year steady, whole, and at peace. You made it through 2024 - take some time to celebrate that. 🖤

Reminder: Sometimes the Holidays don’t feel so jolly & that’s okay. You don’t have to force yourself to feel or celebrate any way in this season. Do the things you love, connect with the people who matter to you & reach out for support if you need it. 🖤🖤

Today is Transgender Day of Remembrance. Every day, but especially today, we lift up their names and honor their memory. Respecting pronouns is truly suicide prevention and hate will never be the answer. ALL people deserve respect and access to mental health resources. 🖤🏳️‍⚧️

We believe that suicide prevention is more than a hotline. It's about equipping people with the resources they need so that they feel comfortable offering support and simply starting the conversation in their own communities. 🖤
