time to spend some time outside - I'm lucky to live by the seaside.
The best place to relax is near water. After just 2 minutes of viewing water outdoors, blood pressure and heart rate drop. It's more calming to look at a lake, pool, or stream than trees or grass. Beaches are popular for a reason. Wider bodies of water bring more tranquility.

hey @SkyHelpTeam can I swap my Sky TV over to Sky Stream? I've had no end of issues with reception through a sky dish. I can't seem to see how to do this on sky[dot]com, only that I can trial stream for a month.

The govt has been closing those routes for years. 3 And we wouldn’t need the hotels if we focused on processing applications.

We have a pension black hole looming and we’re going to need refugees and immigrants to help solve it. But sure, vilify them because the govt needs the distraction.
