Salvation isn't by personal merit. No amount of repenting of sin is going to save you. Salvation is trusting fully on the merit of Christ

Suicide is not a compassionate answer to suffering. Killing yourself is not a viable alternative and communicating that to unstable souls such as children and teenagers is perverse.
A state recommending someone commit suicide is predatorial.

Biblical repentance is turning from anything that keeps you in unbelief and turning TO what actually saves you: placing faith on Jesus Christ.
It has nothing to do with repenting OF SIN for salvation, which is by definition in the bible itself, works.
