Hi guys so I finished my vegan diet. I was vegan for 4 months, 3 of those months I didn’t eat processed food, and for 1 month (within that 3 month period) it was a raw foods diet. I lost 8in off my waist, life is good. I am proud of me. Still got a lil ways to go but I’m proud.
