I ended up creating smaller nostrils with a bump texture, which looks even more subtle with subsurface scattering. And I added some lil stylized spiraligoos to other parts of the body like the fingers. Now I have to move the model from Blender 2.8 to 2.79 for rigging

While I port Marie to SFM, I like to turn off the diffuse color on the materials to see how the shaders are looking. It's taken me a lot of time to find a good way to fake PBR-like reflections, to streamline/automate that conversion from the original Blender shaders and textures
