@FirstIpswich is there a problem with the 66 bus into Ipswich? I was waiting for the one supposed to here around 7 37am yet it's 7 51am now and still nothing. There's no traffic flow problems and a 64 was on time. Going to be late for work again!

@FirstIpswich What has been happening with the 75 buses into Ipswich recently? On Friday 13th the one heading to Ipswich at 7:45 didn't turn up neither did the one at the same time today.

@RoyalMailHelp I have DMed yesterday and not got a response. Please can you tell me what is happening with the 1st Class Signed For parcel KL418460649GB? It was posted on Sat 30th November at 10:05am. Tracking hasn't changed at all, according to that it's still stuck in the PO!

@FirstIpswich Which was my stop. It seemed to continue down Woodbridge Rd, according to my app tracking, it was at my stop but no bus went past!

@FirstIpswich It went seemed to go down Woodbridge Rd, should have been Spring Rd. 75 Bus, Felixstowe to Ipswich. Towards Town Centre. I was waiting to board, should been there at around 7 45am. Either that or the tracking on the app doesn't work. It goes down near hospital, then to Cowper St

@FirstIpswich That would not help, as the drivers route down Woodbridge Road would still hit the beacons that cover the stops on Spring Road

I have had to raise this as feedback/complaint before. The driver went down Woodbridge Rd instead, it hit up the beacons on the app because it was driving down a road that is parallel to it's correct route (Down Spring Road and into town centre). Great job, I'm going to be late!

@FirstIpswich That is not what I meant. It did not physically come down Spring Road at all, it went down Woodbridge Road which runs parallel. Not the first time it has happened either. I have submitted a formal complaint.

@FirstIpswich It was a 75 bus, at the Cowper Street stop, travelling into Ipswich town centre. What is the point of there being bus routes if the drivers are not capable of sticking to them?

@jacksons_art Your new website is terrible, it's so slow and a lot of the product images are missing. You would think this would be all up together before being launched. It makes ordering very difficult.

@FirstIpswich I was waiting on Spring Road, Cowper Street into Ipswich. A member of the public let me know that buses are not going down this road! No signs, nothing! Really terrible service!!
