@GoodGuyGuaranty I wonder if then there should be a mandatory retrofit of top floor apts between leases or within 5 years without fail with a small rent increase for stabilized units that hit the 5 year mark on a single tenant?

@hajjitprop @SustainableTall I acknowledged the shattaf/bidet. I have one at home. The choice to put the toilet behind the shower door still seemed odd. A corner shower would have solved the issue with all the fixtures in their same places.

@AnitaBonitaNEWS @bfurnas I meant the QBB. I've run to the island from Brooklyn via the 36ave bridge and the garage.

@cob_is_online @bfurnas 36th and 44th ave are not close to each other in queens (having both points of ped access would be valuable) and 36th ave is a far inferior landing spot than the queens side of the QBB.

NYC is in a rulemaking process to safely allow larger batteries in buildings, which is VERY good. Some of the well-intended draft rules have some strange consequences, which seem bad. I left some comments on the draft rule. #EnergyStorage cc @drvolts

@Chekpeds @jehiah @CitiBikeNYC By the Atlantic Terminal Mall. Just across the stroad from Barclays Center. This is a curious location as you need to cross Atlantic to get to the nearest subway entrance and it's a bit away from the mall entrance and Stop and Shop as well. It's close to LIRR emergency exits tho!

Hi @GovMurphy you just noted on #askgovmurphy that TX and IA were way ahead of NJ on wind. Can he pressure PJM and the NJ PUC to fix the interconnection queue so projects in the NE can get connected to the grid faster than in TX?

@JoslynAnnY @RidleyAM1 @offbeatorbit Example: with a crew of 2 (driver+helper) making $20/hr each if each trip into the CRZ is now 30 mins shorter, the trip breaks even compared to previous with a $20 toll. If the truck is underutilized and can now tack on more stops in the same time, probably comes out ahead!

@IvyPopulist @Biedersam @BowTiedCaiman Oh. I had an A train just randomly decide to skip Howard Beach after platforming, stopping there and dwelling 1 min per station prior. The shuttle relaying blocked the north bound A to get to Howard Beach for 10 mins. Missed the flight.

@GiantBallofSuck @SenatorOrtt The issue is these costs weren't baked into the original transactions so people consumed a socially inefficient (excessive) quantity of the companies' products since associated negative externalities weren't priced in. Classic market failure.

@helaineolen @AnnB03 Any noise produced by a phone in public is an acoustical blight. Having audible notifications turned on when wearing a smartwatch should be at least a class C misdemeanor. Having audible notifications on a smart watch should be a class E felony. Exceptions for visual impairment.

@SenatorOrtt It is already much much cheaper to heat a home in NY with a heatpump with resistance backup than tanked fuel (LPG/No.2) and in some cases even piped fuel (CH4). To save constituents money, you should promote NYS incentives available to upgrade to a heat pump.
