@vipdiv @C_apple4 @MarcSallinger Ski patrol also offered to transport anyone down who wanted the ride. They handled things as best they could and we’re grateful for their expertise and training. These things happen and hopefully Winter Park/Alterra will remember to make things right for those that were stuck.

@StephanieG1969 @MarcSallinger To be fair, there’s a QR code that leads you to whatever procedure needs to be followed to get additional compensation (presumably in exchange for a release of future claims). The $10 just seemed quite out of touch with their food & beverage prices.
