At which point they were still heavily profiting of 95%+ of withdrawals that were made. Not to mention you required £160 in PLU value to withdraw.

It costs me literally less than $4 to move plu from my external wallet to another and you are trying to justify £15 being fair having ripped customers off since the increase from £7.50? What losses are you even talking about? None!
