@SOuLessDeVoid Generally 3 or 4 months. They returned indictments against KR in spring 2022, which is the case that is being litigated now in Superior Court. By new people sworn in - I am not sure who you mean specifically? Like a new DA?

@CatladyErin78 There has to be a Brady motion before the court for her to decide that issue. Once the defense files their MTD and Commonwealth files their Opposition, I’ll review and post my overall thoughts.

@iquack4portnoy Yes, unbiased. I spent half of my career in the DAs and half on the defense. I see both perspectives. Any good lawyer can argue both sides & I owe my audience the perspective of both. Most on here seem to prefer I pick one, and because I don’t, choose to insult. Unfortunate

@Goatboy991994 I cover the motions as they come. This is relative to reimbursement for expenses, but I anticipate allegations of withholding evidence would be addressed in the defenses Motion to Dismiss, if they file it.
