Our new paper on “in planta bacterial multi-omics” is out in @NaturePlants ! We analyzed transcriptomes and proteomes of virulent/avirulent #Pseudomonas in resistant/susceptible #Arabidopsis at early/late time points – 15 conditions for each modality.

Really excited to share a new preprint from my PhD with @Billion_of_Gods @mpipz_cologne !! This is our attempt to understand “how plants discriminate among surrounding microbes” by analyzing the co-transcriptomes of plants and diverse commensal bacteria.
