@LiamSpender I am surprised that no action has been taken against them for not returning reserve funds. There seems to be so many developments who have had their reserve fund disappear when they get RTM.

@Coleman48J Yup on the market for a loss and still no buyers. It is a dead market and will eventually tank the economy.

@AngelaRayner What's the point. People get a pay rise and then landlords, managing agents will increase service charges from anywhere between 10-50%. Along with council tax increases alot of those workers will be losing money each year.

@DavidPintoD But holding them to account won't change them. They will still continue to rip us off until the law changes.

@mhclg Think you are forgetting about millions of Leaseholders who have had their property for more than 2 years. This makes no difference to most of them.

@rainbowland1979 @LiamSpender @JohnTuckersaur He claims to be a Leaseholder but doesn't want things to improve for Leaseholders. It comes down to freeholders hiding behind fake accounts.

@MrMass93 Service charges just go up every year... Will it go up by 10%, 20%, 30% or 100%.... They just pick a number and thats what we have to pay.

@josephpowell Meanwhile we all opening letters confirming a 50-100% increase to service charges. Why... Insurance, electricity, staff wages etc. We have small communal grounds, no lift, no concierge, no gym. Paid 4k last year for a small basic block of flats. All MAs seem terrible

@DavidPintoD @RNBlake If you join the FP group or NLC groups you will see that FP have increased service charges this year by 50-100% for many leaseholders. They do not seem to care. I honestly believe these type of managing agents should be banned immediately until they are willing to change.

@CalvinBailey Shouldn't the solution be to ban them? A slap on the wrist is not going to achieve anything and they will continue to abuse the system because the law allows them to.

@AdaptLaw @stuartforsdike @ConveyMatters @leasehold There only seems to be 'grown up discussions' and no action to fix the Leasehold issues.

@NLC_2019 @mtpennycook @LKPleasehold @mhclg These Freeholders have caused misery to millions of Leaseholders. Often inflating costs, charging ridiculous amounts for mediocre work. Needs to be real homeownership not this archaic Leasehold rubbish that only favours Freeholders.

@wharfgirl @Jon4HT @DavidPintoD @RNBlake @TorstenBell @DannyBeales @LukeMLabour @josephpowell @alistrathern Mine are not employed by the freeholder. They are written into the Lease (tri-party) and freeholder has nothing to do with the selection of the managing agent. This was created by the developer and sold on to the freeholder.
