@NozomiNetwork Love what @Louis_Dharma and the Nozomi team are building. There's enough stress in being a founder that having to deal with predatory VCs / random BS. Expect this to accelerate developer community in crypto 10x

The most underappreciated thing about @SmokeyTheBera and the broader @berachain team is the culture they've built. Despite the "never launch", "wen chain", "Q5" memes, nobody left the team and ever doubted the success of the project. it's easy to think token price is the only KPI but culture / employee retention matters to bring a naturally sustainable long project

Already seeing the $ / Yaps rate fall 60% - 70% 1 week in. Almost like CT has insane ADHD and everybody gets bored of shit within 10 days
Hot take, I don't think that the @_kaitoai marketplace is a good use of funds for projects to sink money into. Written as someone who didn't pay for votes for @campnetworkxyz in our latest "dashboard auction", some thoughts below on the key parties: - Projects: "Yaps" were going for $2 - $3 per vote. If you're a project and don't have a community organically shilling or posting about you, you are fucked. Spending $100k for votes to potentially win an auction is an absolutely horrible use case of hard-earned dollars. There was no "guarantee" that you were going to win - imagine wasting $100k for nothing and then not being able to hire an extra engineer / growth person that could actually ship product and accrue value to the Company It won't lead to more people talking about you - I think bear signal of just "paid votes" which gives off a huge botted vibe - KOLs: If you're a creator this is fucking epic. It's the chance to get paid for tweeting. This is in addition to how directly FDV is tied to founder-led marketing on the timeline - If you're Kaito, I think it's positive direction. A fuckton of KOLs were talking abou Kaito on the timeline (auctioning YAPs in public, shilling their bags) and it obviously sparked huge awareness on Kaito. Also assuming the standard "take rate" on marketplace fees, this will drive a fuckton of revenue towards them. Think the downside is with this "Yapper Leaderboard", it will lead to a lot of projects with much less hype spending 50% of the VC dollars that they've raised to try and win, which would be huge brand dilution to the quality of the projects listed on Kaito - especially when you look at the ones that are listed pre-auctions. Such is the balancing act for every public-facing SaaS product
