🔥 Web3 growth and funding is a bloody mess. Our industry deserves its shit reputation right now. ❌ VCs overfund hype, take massive token allocations, dump on retail, and kill long-term alignment. Decentralization means nothing if your token supply is locked up in a few VC wallets. ❌ Launching in Web3 isn’t just about tech—it’s launching a new economy. Yet, we have no real playbooks. Just the blind leading the blind. ❌ Every grifter and "growth advisor" is circling—sniffing for a cut, without skin in the game. ❌ Cabal-run “decentralized” projects? If all your tokens sit with insiders, they’re manipulating and dumping on retail. Web3 was supposed to blur the lines between investors, founders, employees, users, and communities. What happened to composability? What happened to aligned incentives? What happened to collaboration over competition? We finally have the tech to make this real—not just some corporate circle-jerk about “ecosystems.” Instead, we got Web2.5 with tokens—rigged raises, gated access, and extractive VCs playing musical chairs with retail exit liquidity. Let’s destroy the cabals and flush out extractive VCs. It’s time to fund real builders and spotlight investors who actually add value—not just dump on retail. Let’s rewrite the rules like we told the world we would. 🛠 Nozomi is live. Let’s fix this shit.
