Leading Integrity You couldn't make this up: "Post Office chief Vennells complained that GC put professional integrity ‘above the business’" Can you imagine, a CEO complaining about staff integrity? Surely (irony alert) such staff were disciplined?

Leading Integrity When organisational "leaders" lie, conceal, cover-up and conspire to destroy honest, law abiding citizens, should the deceivers be held personally liable, or allowed to hide behind "I acted on behalf of the organisation"?

Leading Integrity Is banning those toxic managers who retaliate against the leaders of integrity (who expose their wrongdoing) enough of a punishment for: 1. Putting the public at risk 2. Destroying the whistleblower's career, reputation & life?

Leading Integrity If a major law firm appeared to deliberately break the law, should the lawyers who directed or conducted the apparent breaches be allowed to hide behind their company, or should they be held to account, & if guilty, personally liable?

Heroes of Integrity What does is say about human nature that 85% of whistleblowers go on to suffer psychiatric problems and never work again, for trying to protect the public from fraud, mismanagement, corruption, misgovernance and other criminality?

Leading Integrity Has yet another hero of integrity, who has protected YOU, had his life destroyed by wrongdoers? Does anyone think the wrongdoers will ever be held to account? If they escape accountability, how many more wrongdoers now feel they are untouchable?

Leading Integrity When a hero of integrity, like Lee Castleton, whom I had the great honour to meet, asks us to call out wrongdoing in organisations, he is asking us to speak-up to create a better, safer world for our children. He did. I did. Will you?
