Many think AI will eliminate the need to read extensively. The opposite is true - being well-read is becoming more crucial than ever. Those are will know how to extract extraordinary insights from AI, while others will get merely adequate results
Now again, as with the Moby Dick stuff the quality of the answer I got was directly dependent on both my preexisting knowledge and the time (maybe 15-20 minutes) I spent clarifying exactly what it was I needed. But this would have taken maybe 3-4 hours to do myself.
