@NCBlake Way cleaner sport now than it was in the past. Better testing, and better access to areas of the world where testers found it hard to get in and locate athletes.

@fluidathletics I've been told by one of the coaches of the top 5, that he prescribes it even to his XC athletes, and believes it helps significantly.

@LawlerKev 3:24. The best measure isn't the time they ran in the past, but by how great their margin of victory was, or how much they were ahead of 5th. Then you can get a good gauge to compare the greats of any era.

@KuKhahil @Johnny__Kane We can't seem to find an answer for Giannis (and Brooke Lopez for that matter).

RT @WorldWideWob: My prisoner of the moment opinion is: the Cade all-star question isn’t if he’ll make it, it’s if he’ll start.

@KuKhahil Recovery might be slow, but there will be plenty of opportunity to work on certain skills. It's an impact issue rather than balance/loading (which would be the problem with ACL/MCL). He should be able to work on his handles/Freethrows after 4-5 weeks.

@Cathal_Dennehy I'd still go with Jakob though as his training doesnt require much specificity to be in great shape at this time of year. Grant Fisher on the other hand would (in my estimation) get beaten handily by Blanks in November. He has much more of a periodized training approach.
