I’ve coached a lot of teams. Worked with a lot of players. One lesson stands out: The best leaders make others better. The best leaders: ✅ Set the tone ✅ Hold teammates accountable ✅ Show up when it matters Great leaders aren’t born—they’re built.

So proud of you and your work ethic. Getting up early, driving 90 minutes and attending a college pitching camp, then racing 90 minutes back to Solon and playing in a varsity basketball game…just another day of a dual sport athlete. Keep grinding kid!

Love this! Lots of reps, efficient use of time, and everyone is involved in the drill. Practice should not be boring.
1 coach. 3 seven year olds. 55 seconds. 35 repetitions. Increase reps per unit of time, and kids get better faster. And have more fun. 💪⚾️🔥
