A privilege today to chair an uplifting ceremony to honour murder victim Frankie McKeown (my mum's cousin) who was shot dead by a British soldier as he tried to clear a barricade on the Shaws Road to get to work. Frankie was shot on 15 July and died 16 July 1972.
