I've done it... I've achieved game dev mastery and I want to be addressed as such 👑. I've added key rebinding. Here I have an Xbox and PlayStation controller and a keyboard connected. You can change the buttons however you like. Let the WASD vs arrows war begin.

I use Linux for my gaming PC and it can't fucking remember by bluetooth controller after restarting. I will never use Linux for serious work.
Linux might seem daunting now, but your capacity for computing isn't a fixed pie. It can grow! And when it does, you're not just blessed with running Linux, but with more insight for everything else re: computers too.

I wish I had the balls to remove fast travel from Tearscape. Areas are connected via multiple paths and there are shortcuts so it would definitely work. Most probably players will complain but it would enhance the exploration.

Yeah but too bad it takes forever to change an item and you have to do that a lot. In Tearscape you have three slots: 1. Weapon 2. Shield 3. Tools (so far I showed you the Revolver) On the third slot you can equip multiple tools and there's a button to quick-switch them
One of my favorite things in GB(C)/GBA Zelda is the ability to equip any item to a button. Born from a limitation, perhaps, but it's such freeing idea. It also promotes decision making quite a lot, which dictates how you're going to approach potential obstacles.

Getting the rocks fall movement to look natural took me a bit more time than I've liked but happy with the results
