Meet Napa Onwusah @napsylalala, one of our speakers at #Pitch2Win4. Napa is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience across sales, marketing, business development, people management, and public policy. She’s currently a managing partner at Placidcode Labs, Atlanta, Georgia, where she collaborates with non-tech founders to turn their ideas into scalable MVPs. A trailblazer, she has held leadership roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google, Visa, Nokia, SAP, Cisco, and Microsoft. She’s a Venture Partner at Beta Ventures, and the founder of Built4Balance, a coaching company for businesses and individuals alike. Passionate about human empowerment, Napa founded The Luminary Project, organisers of Luminary Awards 2024. Recognized for her accomplishments, Napa has been featured multiple times by Forbes Africa and recently earned a spot among the 2024 Top 100 Career Women in Africa.
