Clubs day always warms my heartโฆ. Those smilesโฆ.It gives us a chance to celebrate them, give something back and most of all thank them and all the truly amazing volunteers that make these clubs tickโฆ.. without them we donโt have our wonderful game. Thank you ๐๐ค#Balch

Yesterday I had the greatest pleasure and privilege of being presented my WRU Womenโs XV brooch by HRH , in the company of fellow ex players and legends. As always, it hits home what a honour it was to play for my country and what this sport, and other sports gives to people.

Jersey for ALL We have loved staging two Disability Six Nations events this week, one in the north and one in the south of the region to prove there is a jersey for all. Well done to all at @CRugbyCommunity and a big thank you to @HughJamesLegal for supporting the programme.
