I benched 155 today during strength class and made the student who thought I could only do 90 lbs do 65 pushups for shorting me so much. I was only slightly offended. We love Fridays.

We are watching Miracle in our Leadership Academy class. This is the first time many of these kids have seen it (mind blown). Such a powerful reminder on how to lead with class and poise, but most importantly belief from hard work. So powerful
