Ryan Gosling on the criticism of him playing Ken:
“Suddenly, it’s like, ‘we’ve cared about Ken this whole time.’ No, you didn’t. You never did. You never cared. Barbie never fucked with Ken. That’s the point. If you ever really cared about Ken, you would know that nobody cared
@RedLReviews
"It doesn't even do anything, Peter. I just like having the option. The possibility of peace. Sometimes, I'll just press it over and over again, just imagining what I wish would happen."
"... Miguel what the fuck is wrong with you."
Man, people talking about how trippy the MCU shows are when Doom Patrol has an episode where they meet a time god obsessed with the 70s and running an eternal roller skating party so they could steal his head.
@RedLReviews
I love how Cap is the only Avenger to help out during Maximum Carnage and the rest of them don't show up until the literal last page of the arc.
@RedLReviews
Between the head writer of Moon Knight not liking the character, the Secret Invasion director not reading the original event, and this, I have to say I'm not liking this kind of dismissive approach to adapting things
He fights a crocodile man, a lady with plant powers, and a living hunk of clay. That ain't even mentioning shit like the Lazarus Pit or Mr. Freeze. If you think Batman is anything close to "realistic", then I don't know what to tell you.
"He's flawed at the beginning and only redeems himself at the end."
Wow. It's almost like he had a character arc there. You know, like movies usually have. It's almost like the movie told a story with him. Who would've thought.
House of M will go down in history as that REALLY shit comic people who dont read comics will praise because a mediocre actress who also didn't read it said it was good.
@MCU_Direct
She is obviously going to be involved, Kevin Fiege is not dumb and knows what fans want. House of M is one of the best Marvel comics ever. Once XMen start to show up in MCU, these famous lines of words will be said
@RedLReviews
Web of Shadows might have been the last time we got cool "venomized" designs for other characters (yeah I know Moon Knight wasn't in the game but c'mon look at him)
That "Mr. Castle" bullshit both reinforces how much of a mistake MCU Spider-Man was and makes me wish for a time when fans could accept their faves would realistically hate each other.
No, Peter Parker would never like or respect Frank Castle.
Shut up.
@RedLReviews
I see a lot of fan theories that Miguel isn't a "real Spider-Man" because of his different powers and the like, and some people need to realize that Miguel is just
Like that.
SUPERMAN is a little b1tch and Lois is a little boy in HBO Max's new DC animated series My Adventures with Superman. Is it a wonder why HBO Max flopped?
@mishacak3s
It literally started as a joke.
That's not hyperbole.
Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird came up with the concept as a joke.
The fact that the original one-shot was dark and gritty was part of the joke. Because it was a parody of Daredevil.
The Shredder is based off a cheese grater.
@TheQuiver_
My preference for Moon Knight is he's ideally a mix of Daredevil and Hellboy.
You know, a street level vigilante that has connections to mysticism and deals with supernatural threats.
@avengerspfp
@Browntable_Ent
I stopped giving a fuck about comic accuracy because literally no one gives a fuck about it unless it's Spider-Man. MCU Thanos and that Joker movie ain't comic accurate and people bust nuts over how great they are.
Spider-Man ps4, Spectacular Spider-Man, and Spider-Verse are all considered the best adaptations of Spider-Man?
You know what they all share?
That's right.
Tombstone.
