Yes! Hypnotizing someone takes a ton of energy, so it is important that the sub puts out effort/energy too or the interactions can be extra draining.
Pacing yourself and recharge are also important. Sometimes as a switch, I just need to go under myself to recover 🫠

Reality is Plastic is great! Although I have some experience with impromptu hypno moments, so far, I feel it helps me more confidently jump in and do it. I feel it's important (and fun) to get out of my PMR over Skype bubble and try every technique I can, especially in person!
