Again, she's asking challenging questions to someone with influence who is making claims. Good. Whether the person she's interviewing is on the left or on the right (in this case, the right), she does the same. She's interrogated left wing politicians countless times on Newsnight on BBC 2. You genuinely don't seem to understand how news journalism works.

She's not far left and she's not an activist. She will ask tough questions of any politician put in front of her. Here's a recent example of her grilling a left wing Government Minister. Again, doing her job. No need to cry when she's doing the same to an interviewee you happen to agree with!

'the same people'...who? Victoria Derbyshire? In which interview did she not ask the right questions on Crimea? In this interview, if she hadn't asked this man to justify his position, she'd have failed in her responsibilities as a journalist. Regardless of what she has/hasn't done before. She did precisely what she's supposed to do in this.
