Afternoon Gary. For my gaff to have a heat pump fitted plus the necessary renovations itll cost c60k to make is viable. Essentially gutting it. A new combi 3 windows a set of french doors & a new front door 4-5k & be 4x more efficient than a heat pump. Net zero is a fantasy.
