I donβt know about that brother. Team seems undisciplined, lacks passion, no one gets chewed out for mistakes. How many years of coaching you need to actually coach?.
The first two had 20yr combined tenure, the next 3 had 11β¦β¦. you want the foundation built the right way for longevity it isnβt going to come without some heartaches. Personally Iβll take 2-3 years of pain if it means the 5-10years of championship caliber ball follow it.

I agree. I hate coaching changes. I think Dan should still be the coach. But thatβs a convo for another day. How long do you hold on when team still lacks discipline from year 1 to 2 and the situational play calling is terrible?? And thatβs to just name a few things on twitter.
@murph918 I would agree with the passion portion and the ass chewing, aside from that tho how much more can you take of a coaching change conversation. You go that route and youβre still looking at 2-4 years before getting back to contention.

I disagree. Itβs not what you say, itβs how you say it. Perfect example , Deion Sanders is going to rip you , but he doesnβt curse. Players want to be coached up and loved up. You can get on players but love them up too. I just donβt see anything from Billy.
