@Lazy_Bot_USA @ShawnOnTheRight I’ve fasted up to 7 days. You learn a lot about controlling your mental cravings over the physical ones. Unless you are very low body fat you can go a long time without food if you’re hydrating and taking electrolyte supplements (without sugar of course).

@ShawnOnTheRight I’ve done several long fasts for up to a week. After 36 hours you stop producing the hormone that makes you feel hungry and you go into deep ketosis. You also accelerate a process called autophaghy in your body. Periodic fasting is actually beneficial.
