today seriously been the worst ever binge. I'm actually so disappointed in myself cause what is wrong with me.😕 it was so sudden and it just wouldn't stop. finally it has. I hope the guilt forces me to do better because Im so upset now it feels like I will never make progress.

I am so upset. 😭 every weekend ends up being a binge. I'm unable to count or keep track of calories when others make food and it throws me off track and then i give up for the day. now I've definitely had like 2000 c probably :/ UGHH my progress probably ruined im so sad

for some reason the days im junxorecix and only eat like chocolates and stuff, I can eat like 300 cal and feel fine and satisfied and not crave anything and then fast until next day easily, than when I try eat more for less calories food it always ends bad and im not satisfied.

this may be the ed but whenever I'm 'Doing well' and have been eating at a consistent + healthy deficit for a while and nothing is going wrong, no binges etc, I'll willingly binge after a while, but I love it bc i eat whatever I want in the house then feel sick and then starve 😊

@bunnxyu ~ shimeji mushroom ~ enoki mushroom ~ bok choy ~ chinese cabbage ~ hard tofu ~ chicken stock powder ~ spices/flavours of ur choice ~ soy sauce (if u like to add later) ~☆♡☆♡☆♡☆~ all I do is start to boil the soup with the slower cooking stuff first then add in the rest^^
