@TripleNetInvest It’s a good question. At least for our team, it was very helpful during covid but we recently just downgraded our usage to the bare minimum. People just want to come in for tours now 🤷♂️.

all valid points. sometimes i feel it creates extra stress as well for adoptees living in Korea because it creates unrealistic expectations when we meet someone and our Korean is poor.
