I didn’t look for conflict, but when employers became abusive I had leverage to intervene on behalf of my coworkers. The company could fire me, but it would come with consequences. Who would watch a half-assed NFL?

@MarioNawfal The primary purpose of the judicial branch is to check the abuses of the executive & legislative branches when they come into conflict with the Constitution & established statutory law. To claim that these checks to power are illegal is ridiculous on its face.

@RepMTG Also by design, in the event that a judge may rule in conflict with the Constitution or statute, that’s what appeals are for. Appeals should eventually lead to a Constitutionally correct decision, even if it ends up in SCOTUS. Rogue, partisan justices are a different matter. 2/
