To create a simple KPI dashboard for your business, ask: • What numbers represent the health of the business? • What numbers do I want to see going up? • What numbers would cause concern if they dropped? Then create a simple spreadsheet that tracks these numbers weekly.

If you offer the complete solution (summit of the mountain), it’s harder to sell and leaves you with limited options for what to offer after. If you offer a series of smaller, sequential solutions (peaks along the way), it's way easier to acquire customers and get results.
