@Dropbox The internet speed test I did for downloading files where I am is 5Mbps. Trying to download a file sent to me through your company = 400kB/s or less. Go figure 🤷🏼

@UAudio After multiple attempts, I’ve worked out the only way to access my cart was to pick the 2 plugins (Custom Bundle) from the list I didn’t want, to ‘force’ the website to go to the next step. I then deleted the Bundle from the cart to add the ones I wanted.

@UAudio I am using my iPhone. I definitely don’t get the screen shots you sent. I always end up with the screenshot I sent. I’ve tried multiple times and every time the bundle is automatically chosen. Thank you for your prompt help.

@UAudio I’m not trying to do that at all. It’s automatically doing it. I haven’t chosen the Custom 2. I went to the full list of plugins and added one of the mentioned plugins to my cart and the website forced the Custom 2 on me and won’t let choose the other one.
