First and foremost, why is there a gender identity component in this bill? There are only two genders: male and female. Full stop. The title of the bill is "An Act Providing for a National Policy in Preventing Adolescent Pregnancies, Institutionalizing Social Protection for Adolescent Parents, and Providing Funds Therefor." As per Article VI Section 26 of our Constitution, every bill passed by Congress must address only one subject, which shall be clearly stated in its title. Including gender identity deviates from the bill’s stated purpose and violates this constitutional provision. The bill proposes to adopt the WHO Comprehensive Sexuality Education, a framework that has been weaponized by radical degenerate groups to promote harmful ideologies, including irreversible genital mutilation procedures for minors under the guise of "gender-affirming care." This is unacceptable and risks endangering children. The bill includes a controversial provision allowing minors to access medical and health services, including those tied to the CSE agenda, without parental consent.
