I’m assuming you went healthcare if you made 85k your first year, which looks to be about 15 to 25 thousand more annually than the average for an RN in my area - that is the point.

Income inequality is at an all time high, wages have stagnated while housing prices have skyrocketed, the price of goods is higher, student debt is far higher.
