some thoughts from my TG the other day: Markets hate uncertainty. Going to be very volatile. The only bullish catalyst the markets really have is trump forcing interest rates down. I think it’s extremely difficult to have a view beyond a week or 2 rn. Because again, trump brings uncertainty to the market. Mania’s occurred in low interest rate environment. Ppl are struggling globally rn. And this could still occur, I wouldn’t say trump is bluffing about trying to push for low interest rates. One thing I’m looking to study is whether there is a Powell replacement. “Shadow fed chair” Because once it’s decided. He will likely have a big impact on the markets even if he isn’t in office yet (markets are forward looking). The good thing is we’ve already seen this environment last summer, so you shouldn’t really be caught off guard. One piece of advice is to size down when trading these environments.

a few predictions on Gaza: Trump is intent on reconstruction because the plan is to redistribute the land to globalist property development firms, from which he will directly profit. his son in law (Kushner) will have access to build beach front hotels via Affinity Partners. interestingly, Affinity Partners is largely funded by the Saudi Wealth Fund, (its essentially a proxy for Saudi and Israeli joint investments). the Palestinians citizens will be stripped of all land ownership they previously retained, and be resettled in apartments in surrounding (less desirable) areas of Gaza. the Gulf Arabs will retain control of the area, in partnership with Israel. this will expand Saudi sphere of influence, as the goal over the next decade is to challenge Turkey and Iran as the regional hegemony. its an incentive driver for Trump, Israel and Gulf Nations to bring some stability to Gaza.

I think all the giga selling of btc back in late summer kind of ruined the fun also. Ideally we should have followed the stock market as it shot to new highs, instead we were stuck in an 8 month range.
