Every worker has the right to a workplace free from sexual assault and harassment. That’s why our settlement agreement requires Home Depot to pay a former employee who was sexually harassed and create a workplace free from sexual harassment.

A Home Depot employee was sexually harassed by several other employees. She reported it numerous times, but Home Depot took little to no action. Our agreement with Home Depot requires changes to prevent future sexual harassment.
