@PosthumanDan @kkrun @paulg If we achieve AGI, I think it will regard us like we do our pets. Adorable, unique, clearly has some weird "personality" that forces it to act in a specific way all the time. But just like I wouldn't let my dog run a country, we should expect proper AI to think the same.

@_pb_xy @adesemoyedaniel @theepicmap Yes, this is satire. People think Africa is small and Greenland is large, whereas it is the other way around in reality. Africa is larger than India, China and the USA combined. Greenland is about the size of 1 or 2 US states.

@mikeroscoe67 @YouGov Ok, but now compare the dates on the two graphs. Immigration hasn't been considered an issue while it was historically high for a long time. Not saying there is NO truth, obv. But the giant upswing is very recent, which suggests other factors.
