At this point I don't think its crazy to say Craig Yoho is the best reliever in the entire MiLB.
Yoho was an 8th round pick by the Brewers in 2023 where he signed for just $10,000. At Indiana he posted a 3.41 ERA in 37 IP with 63 SO - 19 BB in his senior season.

The Reds have signed St. Thomas (NAIA) pitcher Juan Polo. Originally a Royals international signee in 2019, Polo posted a 7.53 ERA with 21 SO through 14 IP in the DSL.

Chen Zhong-Ao Zhuang is quickly becoming my favorite pitching prospect.
The 23 year old signed out of Taiwan in 2021 for around $500K. In 2022 Zhuang threw 42 IP with a 4.71 ERA and 43 SO - 9 BB.
After missing the 2023 season due to injury, Zhuang is off to a hot start in 2024

Chen-Wei Lin is a very intriguing arm for the Cardinals.
Signed out of Taiwan for around $500,000, Lin stands at 6'7" and features of 3 pitch mix of Sinker, Changeup, and Slider.
With his sinker reaching 99MPH, Lin consistently throws it in the 95-97 range with spin rates
