@Modern_Railways The simple answer is just add extra carriages to busy services, not remove station calls. Didcot should be served on the current Reading to Newcastle services. Leave at xx:43 and Oxford at xx:12 then you've enough time to serve Didcot.

@greatestgather Forgive the negativity but tickets being sold out 6 months before an event in my view is unfair to those that aren't able to book this far in advance. I think some on the day tickets would have been helpful, then again it would have likely caused too much crowding.
