I think removing the option altogether would just increase AFK rates. Players with weak mental will not get better just by removing ff, if anything it might even make them more angry because Riot removed their easy way out and will int/go afk without thinking more often.

Memes aside yes I agree Fleet shouldn't be a ranged rune (Or maybe remove the MS for ranged and keep the healing idk). Ghost could use a small nerf for ranged users but Swifties is fine.

On a serious note, what happened to these boots? it was built on every support tank and midlane assassin and they suddenly disappeared out of the meta around the item update.

If you're looking to fix Senna's bug, might as well start with the most impactful ones instead of this.
Black Cleaver bug, R + Q bug and E camo bug hurt Senna much more than this.
It's a start for sure, but these 3 bugs have been in the game for much longer.

My ideas on how to change Senna to fix her.
As someone who's been a Senna one-trick since release, she doesn't feel good to play right now. Crit builds and DPS were never intended as her champion fantasy, and her Q is so overloaded that the rest of her kit feels underwhelming.

A system is created, and players are abusing it. Do you:
A) Punish the abusers, give tools to players who are using the system as intended to ignore/report abuse.
B) Nuke the whole mf system.
In 13.19 we'll be making scoreboard pings for allies visible only to yourself so pinging things like "Kha'zix - Alive" 6x can no longer be used to harass teammates. We're maintaining the allied ping functionality so that you can still see exact allied ult & item cooldowns.
