@Dawnf1 @Teachers4Perm I recently moved to Fife so I'm on the Edinburgh, Fife & West Lothian lists. Edinburgh is dreadful tbh but West Lothian is quite good & Fife is middling. I've found it best to hedge my bets with a few councils but that doesn't help with building service for one council π

@Dawnf1 @Teachers4Perm Also a Scottish primary teacher who lived in London & moved back last yr. Some councils are better than others in terms of supply but I wouldn't hold out hope for GCC - better to apply for surrounding councils. If you move back, expect multiple years on supply or temp contractsπ

@learnerfocused @ProudlyPastoral I think in most cases there are surely ethical issues. Do the children know they are being recorded and posted? Have they given informed consent? Do their parents know? Have they given informed consent? I'd guess no to all of the above

@ProudlyPastoral I just feel it's a huge safeguarding issue. Not sure how people are getting away with it π¬ doing supply atm but my previous ht would have hit the roof if I had done this
