We had the chance to hear from @pattiwood on instruction for gifted students this semester. I enjoyed learning how to push these students and keep them engaged in the classroom by providing higher level activities & choices. What a great professional development opportunity!

Here’s the “Purple Power” chair we created from limited resources to hold 5 books. As @3xjoy was walking around she asked us “what would you ask for if I could give you one more material?” This is a great question to promote critical thinking and problem solving! @teacherstone

Maker day with @3xjoy and @teacherstone today! Our first creation was a tower to hold as many eggs as possible. We used the engineering design process by @AMSTI4all and our tower held all 12 eggs at once!
