My weight loss surgery anniversary is November 8th.
I've started up my work out routine again.
I have a personal goal to lose another 25lbs atm.
When the skin is removed it will knock me into my healthy range.

Hypertension free, Sleep apnea free etc. Type II diabetes in total control.
This same day last year, I had weight loss surgery. I lost a total of 205lbs on my journey, the surgery saved my life. I wouldn't be here rn

Today I weighed myself and I'm 64lbs down in total. If lose another 4lbs I will hit my 1st goal.
I'm actually in tears because for once in my life I believe I'll make it.
This is a total of 123lbs loss atm.

I made a soup my mom made up. I grew up eating this. This is comfort food for me. Not everyone's favorite but when am feeling sad or low I make this. I don't think it can cure a broken heart but it can aid in a lot of things. 😞
