@kevinwildes The game was already out of hand and Hurts had barely done anything. This was a total team win and the Eagles dominated BOTH lines of scrimmage. The quarterback hagiography has to stop.

@ActBlueSpirit @Darren_Mooney HBO retroactively tried to fit the show runner's story into the True Detective umbrella and boy did it show. I wanted that show to be good but it was doomed from the start.

@TheDunkCentral There is a legitimate discussion to be had about the downsides of being a professional athlete/basketball player. But when you invoke slavery, you lose me. It diminishes what slavery was, and people should stop saying this.

@codyfelici @cj_prin One can enjoy Anderson's late efforts by just focusing on the stories themselves. These stories are strong enough that one can take or leave the commentary on story telling without losing too much, I think.
