One thing I love about EEAAO is it uses Yeoh’s celebrity as an asset. Her helpless in a fight is funny because we know she’s one of the greatest action stars of all time. Her being envious of a life where she could have been a glamorous star is ironic.
It's absolutely incredible how Paul Mescal, with only like one previous project under his belt, went with a small directorial debut from Charlotte Wells to be his first lead role in a film and now he's an Oscar nominee
Completely serious when I say Big Little Lies completely changed television. Movie stars doing tv, popular adult stories when popular movies were starting to feeling infantile, limited series race feeling like Oscar runs….
freshly divorced calling the paparazzi to some random street working out shirtless in short shorts i love when it's clear what a celebrity is trying to do.
since the next Charli XCX album is out this week, throwback to when I took a photo with her and I sent it to my friend and he thought I was just so excited to buy the album I took a photo with the sales lady.
